Anwendung
Acrylsäure kann auch verwendet werden:
- Als Schlüsselkomponente bei der Herstellung von Copolymerbindemitteln zur Optimierung der Leistung von Lithium-Ionen-Akkus.[4]
- Als Oberflächenmodifikator für Kohlenstoff-Nanotubes mit Poly(Acrylsäure), zur Verbesserung der Adhäsion und Dispersion der Nanotubes in der Oxid-Halbleitermatrix für Dünnschichttransistoranwendungen.[5]
- Als reaktives Monomer zur Oberflächenmodifikation von Polydimethylsiloxan (PDMS) durch simultane Polymerisation mit Ethylenglycoldimethacrylat. Als modifizierte PDMS, die möglicherweise in neuen Anwendungsfeldern wie der Mikrofluidik oder in Biomedizinprodukten angewendet werden.[6]
- Als Vorstufe für die Synthese von Cashew-Gummi-/Acrylsäure-Nanopartikeln über den Copolymerisationsprozess. Acrylsäure wird bei der Synthese verwendet, um hydrophile Funktionsgruppen in das Cashew-Gummi-Gerüst einzuführen, wodurch die Löslichkeit im Wasser verbessert und die Kompatibilität mit anderen hydrophilen Materialien verbessert wird.[7]

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
