General description
Application
TET may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of TET in:
- Blood samples by online multidimensional solid phase extraction liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (MD-SPE-LC-MS/MS) equipped with electrospray ionization (ESI) source and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) detection.
- Rat plasma by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) combined with MS/MS with MRM detection.
- Qi-Fang-Xi-Bi-Granules used in Chinese medicine by reversed phase HPLC equipped with ultraviolet (UV) detector.
- Fangji Huangqi Tang Chinese medicine by UHPLC coupled to triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (QqQ-MS) with MRM detection.
It may be used as an internal standard for the determination of hernandezine in:
- Rat plasma and tissues by UHPLC-MS/MS with MRM detection.
