Description

General description

Pancuronium bromide is a biquarternary amino steroid. It blocks muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (M₂) in the heart. Pancuronium has vagolytic and sympathomimetic properties. It is associated with tachycardia and hypertension.

Application

Pancuronium Bromide has been used as an analgesic in various experiments.[1]
