Y-box-结合蛋白（YB-1）也称为核酸酶敏感元件结合蛋白1（NSEP1），是包含冷休克结构域（CSD）的蛋白质的成员。它由三个结构域组成：N末端被认为是反式激活调节结构域，高度保守的核酸结合结构域（CSD）和C末端结构域，参与蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用。
特異性
抗YB-1（C末端）抗体对大鼠、小鼠和人类的YB-1具有特异性。该免疫肽特异性抑制免疫印迹法检测YB-1条带。
免疫原
