单克隆抗肌球蛋白（骨骼肌，慢肌）（小鼠IgG1同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和BALB / c小鼠脾细胞融合产生的NOQ7.5.4D杂交瘤。肌球蛋白是一种六聚体蛋白，包含两个重链亚基和四个轻链亚基。它是心脏和骨骼肌的主要蛋白质成分。肌肉肌球蛋白重链（MHC）的不同同种型根据肌肉的生理功能进行表达：骨骼、心脏、平滑和非肌肉。

應用
小鼠生产的单克隆抗肌球蛋白（骨骼肌，慢肌）抗体已被用于免疫印迹、免疫组织学、固相放射免疫测定（RIA）、酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）和免疫电镜检查。
生化／生理作用
肌球蛋白是肌动蛋白依赖性马达。肌球蛋白基因突变与肌病、失明和听力损失有关。它们参与肌肉收缩、视觉、听觉、细胞运动和细胞侵袭。
肌球蛋白负责心脏和骨骼肌的能量传导和力量发展（force development）。现已确知肌球蛋白可与肌肉和非肌肉细胞中的肌动蛋白相互作用。慢肌球蛋白，也称β-肌球蛋白重链（β-MHC），在胚胎发生过程中表达，它是心脏生肌程序（cardiac myogenic program）的一部分，受到NK-2同源框蛋白5（NKX-2.5）、肌细胞增强因子2C（MEF- 2C）和GATA-4 / 5/6的控制。
