生化/生理作用

DCAF15基因[DNA损伤结合蛋白1 (DDB1) 和cullin4 (CUL4) 相关因子15]是裂殖酵母 (Saccharomyces pombe) 许可因子和DNA复制因子 (Cdt2) 的脊椎动物直系同源基因,是人细胞S期中和DNA损伤后破坏Cdt1的必需因子。

    Rubbish - does not work

    unspecific bands on WB - extremely weak band at 72kDa but no change upon knockdown with siRNA
