一般說明

槲皮素是一种多酚黄酮类物质,存在于洋葱、芦笋、荞麦、小萝卜叶、绿茶、越橘、西兰花、苹果、蓝莓和香菜等食物中。槲皮素具有很强的分子内H结合力,有助于它在机体内的生物利用和运输。而且,它因此具有多种生物活性,并可形成强复合物(通常与金属结合)。[1]槲皮素可抑制细胞增殖,可尽量降低DNA损伤。槲皮素具有多种心血管保护特性,包括抗氧化、抗血小板活性,还具有抗肌肉细胞增殖和迁移活性。还可增强心脏细胞线粒体功能,抑制NF-κB。很多涉及膳食补充槲皮素的动物研究表明它具有治疗心脏病的保护作用。[2]

應用

  • 槲皮素是一种抗氧化剂,可逆转2型糖尿病患者高血糖和高血糖血清的免疫抑制作用。[3]
  • 它已被用作 欧洲黑蜂的一种解毒植物化学物质。[4]
  • 它被用作DPPH(2,2-二苯基-1-苦肼)自由基清除实验中的阳性对照。它还可用于制作总黄酮含量测定的校准曲线。[5]

生化/生理作用

槲皮素是一种具有抗癌活性的黄酮类化合物。 槲皮素是一种线粒体ATP酶和磷酸二酯酶抑制剂。它抑制PI3激酶活性,并略抑制PIP激酶活性。槲皮素对癌细胞具有抗增殖作用,通过II型雌激素受体降低癌细胞生长,并在细胞周期G1晚期抑制人白血病T细胞。 槲皮素还可能抑制脂肪酸合酶活性。
