生化／生理作用

吡哆醇可作为氨基酸、碳水化合物和脂质代谢的必需辅酶。吡哆醇缺乏与周围神经病变、小细胞性贫血和脑电图异常有关。这一物质广泛参与影响细胞进程的生化反应。吡哆醇可用作在培养基中降解的吡哆醛的替代品。
