使用苯酚:氯仿:异戊醇溶液提取,可以从核酸中去除蛋白质。对于核酸粗提混合物,在使用苯酚:氯仿:异戊醇溶液提取前,最好先用一系列蛋白水解酶消解。尽管蛋白质能够被苯酚有效变性,核酸酶活性并未被完全抑制。因此需加入少量异戊醇,进一步确保抑制核酸酶活性。请查阅我们的产品信息表,获得从核酸中去除蛋白质的实验方案。

警告
