應用

佛波醇12,13-二丁酸酯(二丁酸佛波醇酯)已用作蛋白激酶C(PKC)激活剂,用于研究其对人有机阴离子转运蛋白4(hOAT4)活性的影响。[1]作为PKC激活剂,它也已用于分析其对HL-1细胞中半乳凝素-3表达和基质产生的影响。[2]

生化/生理作用

佛波醇12,13-二丁酸酯(PDBu)是蛋白激酶C(PKC)的强效激活剂。它的亲水性高于佛波醇12-肉豆蔻酸酯13-乙酸酯(PMA),方便在组织培养中将PDBu洗出细胞。[3]PDBu可激活原代人脐静脉内皮细胞的内皮型一氧化氮合酶表达,进而影响PKCα和ε表达。[4]
