The IgM antibody with product code I8260 is not tested for molecular weight, as it consists of two heavy and two light chains. For the unmodified human IgM subunit chains, one publication reports the following molecular weights: m chain = 75 kDa, k chain = 22 kDa. Refer to the publication "Habeeb, A.F.S.A., et al., Studies of Maleylated Chains of Human IgM. J. Immunol., 105, 846-855 (1970)" for more information. Additionally, the monomer of the IgA product with code I4036 is expected to have a molecular weight of 160 kDa.
