應用

生化／生理作用

Ankyrin repeat and BTB/POZ domain-containing protein 2 (ABTB2) mediates the ubiquitylation and degradation of eukaryotic elongation factor 1A1 (eEF1A1). It also aids phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) in its growth-inhibiting effects.
