p3XFLAG-CMV-14 表达载体是分子量6.3 kb 的pCMV51衍生物,用于哺乳动物细胞内 C-末端 3XFLAG融合蛋白的瞬时或稳定胞内表达。该载体编码多克隆区下游三个相邻的 FLAG®表位 (Asp-Tyr-Lys-Xaa-Xaa-Asp) 。这在采用ANTI-FLAG M2抗体时会导致检测灵敏度上升。当使用SV40 T抗原表达宿主时,可以实现理想的复制效率和基因组整合。

p3XFLAG-CMV-7-BAP 对照质粒是分子量6.2 kb的pCMV5衍生物,用于N末端3XFLAG细菌碱性磷酸酶融合蛋白在哺乳动物细胞中的瞬时细胞内表达。该载体编码多克隆区上游三个相邻的 FLAG 表位 (Asp-Tyr-Lys-Xaa-Xaa-Asp) 。这在采用ANTI-FLAG M2抗体时会导致检测灵敏度上升。第三FLAG 表位包括肠激酶识别序列,可以使3XFLAG肽从纯化的融合蛋白上裂解。
