應用
组蛋白脱乙酰检测试剂盒提供了用于基于两步酶促反应的检测HDAC活性的简单方法。该酶促测定的底物是具有乙酰化赖氨酸残基和结合的荧光基团的取代肽。反应的第一步是通过含HDAC的样品（HeLa细胞提取物、纯化酶等）使乙酰化的赖氨酸侧链脱乙酰化。第二步是通过显影液裂解脱乙酰基的底物并释放游离的高荧光基团。测得的荧光与样品的脱乙酰活性成正比。
