應用

生化／生理作用
本品用作ELISA法监测脑脊液水平的对照品。肌酸激酶（CK）BB是CK基因家族的成员，是大脑中存在的胞质CK同工型。实测分子量为35-50 kDa。CKs催化ATP和肌酸之间磷酸基的可逆转移。它在神经细胞ATP水平的调节中起重要作用。因此，CK BB活性的降低是与年龄相关的神经退行性疾病（例如阿尔茨海默氏病，皮克氏病和路易体痴呆）中CNS细胞损伤的生化标志之一。[1]
