组织溶梭菌胶原酶（CCH）分为两种类型：I型和II型。两者都是单一多肽，分子量分别为114kDa-113kDa。CCH I包含串联结构域，CCH II则包含单一的胶原蛋白结合结构域。[1]
應用
利用组织分解梭状芽胞杆菌的胶原酶，研究了致龋细菌变形链球菌对胶原的降解作用。还利用组织分解梭状芽胞杆菌的胶原酶，研究胶原酶存在下胶原微网的存活率。
生化／生理作用
组织溶梭菌胶原酶（CCH）是一种作用于胶原蛋白的消化酶。它可用于治疗一种纤维增生性疾病Dupuytren′挛缩。[1]
每摩尔胶原蛋白酶被4g原子钙活化。 它被乙二醇-双（β-氨基乙基醚）-N，NN′,N′-四乙酸，β-巯基乙醇、谷胱甘肽、巯基乙酸和8-羟基喹啉抑制。
單位定義
