應用

生化/生理作用

5′-溴-2-脱氧尿苷(BrdU)染色主要用于体内观察肿瘤细胞和其他组织的增殖。[6]
5-溴-2′-脱氧尿苷(5-BrdU)是一种胸苷类似物,可掺入DNA中。 5-BrdU通常广泛用于测定DNA合成和标记分裂细胞。 因此,5-BrdU常用于研究细胞信号传导和诱导细胞增殖的其他过程。
用作遗传研究中诱变剂的胸苷类似物。在 S 期可选择性结合到细胞 DNA 中。
