人IgG是糖蛋白抗体,含有两条相等的轻链和一对相同的重链。 IgG具有四种不同亚型,范围从IgG1到IgG4。这些抗体可调节机体对过敏和病原性感染的免疫反应。IgG还与补体结合和自身免疫疾病有关。
当针对纯化的人IgA、IgG、IgM、Fc以及κ和λ轻链进行测试时,山羊抗人IgG(Fc特异性)-琼脂糖抗体对人IgG的Fc片段具有特异性。在琼脂糖珠偶联之前,通过Ouchterlony双扩散(ODD)未观察到与小鼠或大鼠IgG的反应性。

應用

使用与琼脂糖珠交联的山羊抗人IgG(Fc特异性)进行免疫沉淀测定。将珠子在1 ml的5%FBS/DMEM中于4℃下稀释2小时。
山羊产生的抗人IgG(Fc特异性)-琼脂糖抗体也已用于从转染的COS细胞上清液中纯化甘丙肽1(Gala1),3Gal取代的P-选择蛋白糖蛋白配体1(PSGL-1)/hIgG1。
羊抗人IgG(Fc特异性)-琼脂糖抗体适用于Ouchterlony双扩散。该抗体还可用于亲和纯化测定。
