Aflatoxins are fungal secondary toxic metabolites produced by Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus, which display mutagenicity, teratogenicity and carcinogenicity.[1][2]

應用

Aflatoxin G2 may be used as a reference standard in the determination of the analyte:
  • In medicinal herbs by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry.[2]
  • In animal feed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry.[3]
