特異性
抗体结合物与胸苷类似物5-溴-2′-脱氧尿苷（BrdU）以及掺入DNA的BrdU反应。为结合掺入DNA的BrdU，必须使BrdU标记的DNA变性。抗体不与胸苷、尿苷或DNA等任何内源性细胞组分发生交叉反应。
應用
