聚(4,5-二氟-2,2-双(三氟甲基)-1,3-二氧戊环-co-四氟乙烯)(AF2400) 是由 4,5-二氟-2,2-(三氟甲基)-1,3-二氧杂环戊烷 (PDD) 和四氟乙烯 (TFE) 共聚形成的氟化聚合物。它具有较高的玻璃转换温度 (T g ) 和光学透明度,是一种光稳定性聚合物,可广泛用于电子和电化学工业涂层。[1][2]

應用

光学透明归因于防止结晶的结构中的环醚部分。在光学应用领域,无粘着特性和低折射率也使其比 PTFE 更加引人注目。
溶解在超临界 CO 2 中的 AF2400 作为溶剂可以作为活性层,形成燃料电池应用的电极。[3]可用于制备聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE) 有机纳滤膜,用于从大豆油粗混合物中提取己烷。[4]银纳米粒子的纳米复合材料可通过气相共沉积工艺结合 AF2400 形成,该工艺可用于表面增强拉曼光谱传感器和滤色器。[5]

  1. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.   2. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.
