一般描述
γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT,EC 2.3.2.2)是膜结合蛋白,其催化谷氨酰基部分向受体分子(如氨基酸或肽)的转移。GGT在λ-氨酰循环中起关键作用,谷氨酰胺循环是谷胱甘肽稳态以及异生素解毒的关键途径。血清GGT水平可在许多病理生理条件下升高,例如心血管疾病、慢性肝病和代谢综合征。血清GGT水平升高也可以指示氧化应激。[1]

原理
GGT 活性比色测定试剂盒提供了一种简单、直接的方法,用于测量各种样品中的GGT 活性。通过偶联酶测定法测定 GGT 活性,其中GGT 从底物 L-γ-氨酰基-对硝基苯胺转移γ-谷氨酰基,释放与存在的GGT 成比例的色原体对硝基苯胺(pNA,418nm)。一个单位的GGT是在37°C下,每分钟产生 1.0μmole pNA的酶的量。
