天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST),以前被称为血清谷草转氨酶(SGOT),是一种吡哆醛磷酸盐(PLP)依赖酶,催化天冬氨酸和α-酮戊二酸转化成草酰乙酸和谷氨酸盐。和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)类似,血液中AST水平通常作为肝功能标记物。但是,AST分布的器官范围比ALT要广,AST水平的变化可能是疾病或多性器官损伤引起,包括骨骼和心脏。

原則
天冬氨酸转氨酶活性分析试剂盒提供简单和直接的方法,用于检测各种样本中的AST活性。在该试剂盒中,天冬氨酸上的氨基基团转移到α酮戊二酸上,生成谷氨酸,生成的比色(450nm)产物和AST酶活性成正比。一单位的AST是37℃,pH8.0,生成 1.0 μmole的谷氨酸的酶当量。
