NKX6-1（NK6同源盒1）参与胰岛内分泌活动的生长和调节。作为胰腺和十二指肠神经内分泌肿瘤的免疫组织化学标记物。NKX6-1还参与早期胰腺祖组织的谱系规范。该基因调节几种胰腺相关基因的表达。
