过氧化物酶缀合的山羊抗人IgG（Fab特异性）抗体可用于遗传修饰的酵母培养物的蛋白质印迹和ELISA分析，以产生重组Fab片段。在PBS中以1：10,000稀释抗人IgG抗体，并在室温下温育1小时。使用O-亚苯基-二胺底物溶液（Sigma）对ELISA测定中的结合进行检测。
