硫酸铁铵是一种浅绿色至蓝色的结晶粉末,易溶于水,但不溶于乙醇和丙酮。该盐在100°C熔化并开始分解。它是硫酸铁和硫酸铵的复盐,通过将等摩尔的硫酸铁(II)和硫酸铵溶解在水中并结晶产物来制备。

應用

六水硫酸铁铵可用于:
  • 作为前体,合成在碳酸铋/ACF(纤维)上沉积的氧化铁纳米颗粒。该材料可用作废水处理的高效催化剂。
  • 作为负极用于开发钒/铁氧化还原液流电池(V/Fe RFB)。
  • 通过金属插入反应修饰甲基橙染料。修饰的染料可用作DSSC(染料敏化太阳能电池)中的光捕获剂。
  • 作为掺杂剂用于通过溶胶凝胶法制备纳米二氧化钛催化剂。以(NH42Fe(SO42·6H2O 进行掺杂导致二氧化钛在可见光范围内光催化活化。
