All Prestige Antibodies Powered by Atlas Antibodies are developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project and as a result, are supported by the most extensive characterization in the industry.

The Human Protein Atlas project can be subdivided into three efforts: Human Tissue Atlas, Cancer Atlas, and Human Cell Atlas.   1. Is this antibody suitable for Immunofluorescense experiments performed in mouse cryosections previously treated with PFA as a fixative solution?

    1. This product is suitable for immunofluorescence in PFA-fixed tissues, however, the species reactivity is human. This is a product of Atlas Antibodies. The supplier reports an interspecies antigen sequence identity of 91% for mouse. It would be up to the end user to determine suitability.     1. The antigen to produce this antibody is product APREST73760. The mouse sequence is 98% identical to the human sequence. According to the validation by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) in mouse brain tissue, it is likely able to recognize the mouse anti-Zbtb20 protein.
