Application

For the detection of indole production by coliforms

Preparation Note

Dissolve 18 g in 1 litre distilled water and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.

    1. As per the Certificate of Origin of 93657, the tryptone found in this medium is from animal origin, namely bovine and porcine origin.
