我们可提供多种培养基过滤选项,保证每个步骤的无菌性和高性能。过滤器的选择需要以风险分析作为指导,从而识别所需的生物负荷控制水平、细胞培养基处理的效率(通量)以及可用的过滤器形式。在最终确定过滤器选择之前,应确认细胞培养过程的可接受性能标准。 

Millipore Express® SHR(无菌、高保留率) 该过滤器包含一层0.1 µm的聚醚砜(PES)膜,并可选配一体式的0.5 µm PES膜预过滤器,以对高通量膜进行保护,防止过早发生堵塞。这些过滤器通常可去除≥7.0对数级的支原体并达到无菌级性能。

Millipore Express® SHC(无菌、大容量) 过滤器包含两层(0.5/0.2 µm)PES膜,可提供出色的通量和堵塞流的能力。这些过滤器具有无菌级的性能。

Durapore® 0.1 µm和0.22 µm 过滤器包含一层聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)膜,并可提供高流速和通量。这些过滤器具有无菌级的性能。
