應用

不含氨基酸的酵母氮基已用于:
  • 合成脂解耶氏酵母培养和鉴定所用的完全补充混合物 (SC)-Leu培养基

  • 评估酿酒酵母菌株在不同的营养条件下的转化效率

準備報告

1.将6.7 g酵母氮碱、5 g葡萄糖或等量的其他碳水化合物和5-10 mg所需氨基酸溶解在100 ml蒸馏水中,制备10x储备溶液。
2.必要时可加温溶解,然后过滤灭菌。
2-8°C储存10x储备溶液。使用前,在无菌条件下用无菌蒸馏水1:10稀释。
