用于蛋白质印迹和凝胶电泳。Tris-甘氨酸缓冲液用于制备Tris-甘氨酸-甲醇转移缓冲液,它是湿印迹转移的最常用的蛋白质转移缓冲液。 甲醇防止凝胶在转移过程中膨胀,并增强蛋白质与硝酸纤维素的结合。用甲醇和水将10×Tris-甘氨酸缓冲液稀释至 1×,制成含有25mM Tris、192mM 甘氨酸和20% 甲醇的溶液。 应制备足够量的转移缓冲液,以覆盖湿印迹转移单元中的电极丝,并浸泡凝胶、膜和印迹纸。
