一般說明

蛋白A是金黄色葡萄球菌的细胞壁成分,分子量为56kDa。它具有五个结合结构域,可与Fc或Fab片段的免疫球蛋白重链发生相互作用。蛋白A可激活补体系统、干扰素产生、超敏反应和细胞介导的细胞毒性作用。辣根过氧化物酶是一种含血红素的酶。 在过氧化氢存在下,该酶催化鲁米诺的氧化。

特異性

仅与大多数哺乳动物的IgG结合,除了大鼠、山羊、绵羊。

應用
