生化/生理作用

已知棕榈酰-DL-肉碱氯化物可抑制铜绿假单胞菌大肠埃希菌介导的生物膜形成。它是一种磷酸激酶C抑制剂。
长链酰基肉碱和线粒体脂肪酸氧化的众所周知的中间体。改变心脏中高能磷酸盐和游离脂肪酸的心肌水平。增加培养物中红细胞集落的形成。减少红细胞和心肌细胞的表面负电荷。据报道,通过抑制内皮细胞内钙信号转导,影响电流并抑制乙酰胆碱和物质P诱导的内皮依赖性舒张,呈剂量依赖性。
