MG132(carbobenzoxy-Leu-Leu-leucinal)是一种三肽醛。它具有抗肿瘤活性，可增强化疗和放疗的细胞抑制/细胞毒性作用。[5](R)-MG132是一种有效的膜渗透性蛋白酶体抑制剂。它可以抑制J558L多发性骨髓瘤细胞和EMT6乳腺癌细胞裂解物中的蛋白酶体活性。与(S)-MG132相比，(R)-MG132立体异构体是更有效的胰凝乳蛋白酶样（ChTL）、胰蛋白酶样（TL）和肽酰谷氨酰肽水解蛋白酶体（PGPH）活性抑制剂。[5]
