单克隆抗 Thy 1.1(小鼠 IgM 同种型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤。
胸腺细胞抗原 1 (Thy 1.1) 是一种糖基磷脂酰锚定蛋白。它属于免疫球蛋白超家族。Thy 1.1 在干细胞、T 细胞和神经元中表达。

特異性

识别Thy 1.1轴承细胞,与Thy 1.2轴承细胞的交叉反应小于5%。根据对AKR / J胸腺细胞的体外细胞毒性测定,滴度为1:20,000

應用

小鼠源抗Thy 1.1单克隆抗体可用于免疫淘选和免疫荧光。

生化/生理作用
