一般描述

IgG是一种单体,是血液中循环的主要抗体,可帮助吞噬破坏外来微生物,并且是人类中唯一可以穿过胎盘的Ig。通过抗小鼠IgG(Fab特异性)-FITC抗体的差异结合进行细胞分选,可将肿瘤细胞与巨噬细胞分离。该抗体可用于孵育体细胞核移植(SCNT)大鼠胚胎进行免疫细胞化学观测值。 可作为二抗用于研究小肠、派尔集合淋巴结生发中心、非生发中心、脾脏和肠系膜淋巴结中活化B淋巴细胞的动态变化。抗小鼠IgG抗体与全部小鼠免疫球蛋白发生特异性反应。
免疫球蛋白G(IgG)属于免疫球蛋白家族,是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的。它主要用于帮助免疫防御。它是一种糖蛋白。IgG是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。小鼠具有五种类型的免疫球蛋白 - IgM,IgG,IgA,IgD和IgE。小鼠IgG进一步分为五类 - IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。

特异性

可与所有小鼠Igs结合。
可用于尝试避免因Fc受体存在而引起的背景染色。

溶于含有1%牛血清白蛋白和15 mM叠氮化钠的0.01M磷酸盐缓冲生理盐水(pH 7.4)的溶液。

制备说明

吸附以减少牛、马或人样本的背景染色。
