IgG抗体是一种糖蛋白，由两条多肽链（轻链和重链）组成，每条链都含有可变区和恒定区。IgG抗体的可变区对抗原具有特异性并且是高度保守的。
抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体对所有小鼠IgG亚型都具有特异性。IgG是通过对小鼠血清进行分级分离和离子交换层析而分离得到的。然后，使用0.2％戊二醛进行蛋白质交联，使纯化IgG与过氧化物酶结合。
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的。它主要用于帮助免疫防御。它是一种糖蛋白，并且是一类主要的免疫球蛋白。免疫球蛋白G（IgG）参与II型和III型超敏反应。小鼠具有五种类型的免疫球蛋白 - IgM，IgG，IgA，IgD和IgE。小鼠IgG进一步分为五类 - IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。IgG有助于调理素作用、补体结合和抗体依赖型细胞介导的细胞毒性作用。

特异性

抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体对所有小鼠IgG亚型都具有特异性。

免疫原

纯化的小鼠IgG

应用

从人乳房手术标本获得表皮蛋白提取物并用于蛋白质免疫印迹分析，使用以1:80000比例稀释于TBSt/5％牛奶的HRP标记兔抗小鼠IgG作为二抗。
抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体可用于蛋白质免疫印迹分析 、免疫组化和蛋白质针型芯片分析。
抗小鼠IgG（全分子）-过氧化物酶抗体能够以1:40,000的抗体工作稀释度用于直接ELISA。用于免疫印迹时，可以使用1:80,000至1:160,000的稀释度。用于对福尔马林固定石蜡包埋的人扁桃体或人阑尾切片进行免疫组织化学分析时，建议使用1:200的工作抗体稀释度。用于对小鼠肌肉组织切片进行免疫组织化学分析时，小鼠IgG-过氧化物酶抗体采用1:20的稀释度；在同一研究中，使用1:500的稀释度进行South蛋白质免疫印迹分析。用于人骨骼肌组织提取物的免疫印迹分析时，使用1:5000的稀释度。

生化/生理作用

IgG抗体可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿，胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。在补体系统激活中，IgG抗体与IgM抗体的功能相似。

含0.05％ MIT的0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲盐溶液(pH 7.4)

制备说明

Prepared by the two-step glutaraldehyde method described by Avrameas, S., et al., Scand.J. Immunol., 8, Suppl. 7, 7 (1978).

储存及稳定性

可在20°C长期储存。若需连续使用，本品可在2-8°C下保存最长一个月。若需延长储存时间，可将溶液分装并在-20°C冷冻。不建议反复冻融或存放在“无霜”冰柜中。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
