一般說明
人IgG1单克隆抗体（小鼠IgG2a同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤。
人IgG由四个亚类（1-4）组成，根据它们重链上的不同抗原特异性而区分，分别约占总IgG的65%、30%、5%和4%。每个亚类都有不同的生物和物理化学特性，不同抗原刺激下可优先生成不同的IgG亚类。例如，多糖抗原刺激下产生的主要是IgG2亚类应答，而蛋白抗原则对应IgG1和IgG3抗体。脂多糖激活PBL的IgG2应答和脾脏的IgG1应答。人IgG1是体内和体外产生的破伤风类毒素抗体的主要亚类。
该抗体对人 IgG1 的 Fc 部分具有特异性，与其他 IgG 亚类不反应。IUIS/WHO 研究发现该克隆（也称为 HP-6091）对人 IgG1 具有有价值配置文件反应性和特异性。
生化／生理作用
IgG1和IgG3能粘附单核吞噬细胞。多发性硬化症患者的脑脊液中出现IgG1的异常上升。研究不同类型疾病中IgG亚类的分布模式可揭示其中涉及的免疫过程，从而有助于各种疾病的诊断。
外觀
溶于 0.01 M 磷酸钠缓冲液 (pH 8.0) 中，含有 1% 灭活牛血清白蛋白和 15 mM 叠氮化钠。
