应用

U-2 OS has been used to study:

• the importance of cyclin D1 for the activity of lithocholic acid hydroxyamide (LCAHA)[1]
• the interaction of human single-stranded DNA binding protein 1 (hSSB1) with bloom syndrome protein helicase (BLM helicase)[2]
• calcium-mediated actin reset (CaAR) in response to physiological changes[3]

传代培养常规

Split subconfluent 0.25% trypsin, 0.03% EDTA solution. Remove the solution and add an additional 1 to 2 ml of trypsin-EDTA solution. Allow the flask to sit at room temperature (or at 37°C) until the cells detach. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new culture flasks.
