热凝胶多糖是一种(1,3)-β-葡聚糖。它是由受体dectin-1识别的病原体相关分子模式(PAMP)。激活的dectin-1与TLR2/TLR6一起可促进信号传导,导致促炎细胞因子的产生,从而诱导炎症。

制备说明

对于70℃条件下的凝胶化,氢氧化钠的浓度应为0.01M。
This product is tested for solubility in 0.1N sodium hydroxide at a concentration of 9.8 - 10.2 mg/mL. Heating and/or sonication are typically required for solubilization. This product is not sterile. For use in cell culture, stock solutions should be filter sterilized prior to use.
