应用

酿酒酵母中的酵母聚糖A用于：
  • 用作阳性对照品，确定激活补体级联反应[1]
  • 检测呼吸爆发（RB）[2]
  • 评估热应激（HS）下，其对奶牛产奶性能、免疫力、热休克蛋白和凋亡相关基因表达的影响[3]
  • 用作克雷布斯-林格（Krebs-Ringer）磷酸盐（KRP）培养基中的刺激剂[4]
  • 诱导小鼠发生热痛觉过敏[5]

  • 用流式细胞仪[6]
  • 研究其对虹鳟鱼（Oncorhynchus mykiss）头肾白细胞的影响[7]

生化/生理作用

酵母聚糖从酵母细胞壁制备，由蛋白质-碳水化合物复合体组成。可以用来诱导实验无菌性炎症。在巨噬细胞中，酵母聚糖诱导的应答包括诱导促炎细胞因子、花生四烯酸移动，蛋白磷酸化和肌醇磷酸形成。酵母聚糖A能够提高细胞周期蛋白D2水平，说明后者除增殖外还在巨噬细胞活化中起作用。酵母聚糖A能够加重注射半乳糖胺造成的急性肝脏损伤，表明除库普弗（Kupffer）细胞外，还有某些类型的非实质细胞参与酵母聚糖作用。酵母聚糖A（一种13β葡聚糖）能使有机粉尘引起的呼吸道疾病继续进展。[8]

    1. This product is soluble in organic solvents as follows:
      - Chloroform: 100 µg/ml
      - Dimethyl sulfoxide: 200 µg/ml
      - Ethanol: 100 µg/ml.

      According to the 'Solubility/Solution Stability' section in the product information sheet, this product is not soluble in water but can be suspended uniformly in saline solution.
