一般描述

牛血清白蛋白(BSA)是一种66kDa的α-螺旋、球状、非糖基化蛋白。具有三个结构域,每个均带有两个亚结构域。属于血清白蛋白家族,具有17个二硫键。

特异性

牛血清白蛋白(BSA)在肝脏中合成,是血清中的主要蛋白,占比超过50%。
抗牛血清白蛋白单克隆抗体特异性针对SDS变性和还原BSA。本品与山羊和绵羊血清具有强交叉反应性,但与狗、火鸡和马血清白蛋白的亲和性较低。
