一般描述
白蛋白占血浆蛋白的60％， 其由肝脏产生。它可调节胶体渗透压。白蛋白与脂肪酸、甲状腺激素和药物的运输、分布和代谢有关。它可以减少体重增加、阻塞肺水肿、减少腹水并降低组织水肿。
