一般描述
肼是最简单的二胺,主要用作还原剂。
通过使用电化学传感器已经实现了灵敏度极限为 10.0nM 的肼的灵敏测定。在负载在衍生自金属有机骨架(ZIF-8)的氮掺杂多孔碳(NPC)上的双金属 NiRh 纳米颗粒(NPs)的存在下,肼发生脱氢反应产生氢。
应用
肼可用于合成以下物质:
- 糖蛋白的吡啶基胺化的 O-连接糖链
- 嵌入石墨烯片中的锰氧化物的纳米复合材料(GS–Mn3O4)
- 与甲酸乙酯反应生成甲酰肼
肼已被用作可溶性硫属元素金属盐簇盐(制备 SnSe2 的前体)的合成中的反应组分之一。
