特异性

人核单克隆抗体与人细胞特异性反应。 在免疫组化中，它对小鼠、大鼠、鸡没有反应性。 尚未测试其他哺乳动物或动物物种的反应性。
染色所有人类细胞类型的细胞核，使细胞核呈弥漫性染色。 中期细胞的染色体染色呈阴性。还可以染色灵长类动物的细胞核（Sanchez-Pernaute, 2005）。抗体不与小鼠或大鼠的细胞核反应。

应用

抗核抗体，克隆235-1已用于：免疫组织化学(1:200)；人细胞核免疫标记(HuNu) (1:300)；颌下腺的组织学和免疫荧光分析

杂交瘤上清液。溶于PBS中的液体。不含防腐剂。

储存及稳定性

自收到之日起在-20°C可稳定保存1年。避免反复冻融。为了最大程度地回收产品，在融化后和取下盖子之前，将原始样品瓶进行离心。
