Bindet Human-IgG, bindet keine anderen Human-Ig. Der Antikörper ist spezifisch für eine Determinante an der Schwerkette von Human-IgG. Der Antikörper bildet in der Flüssigphase in Gegenwart von 3 % PEG 6000 Antigen-Antikörper-Komplexe.
Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from an immunized mouse. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) belongs to the immunoglobulin family and is a widely expressed serum antibody. Immunoglobulins have two heavy chains and two light chains connected by a disulfide bond. It is a glycoprotein. IgG is usually found as a monomer. IgG is further subdivided into four classes namely, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4. About 70 percent of the total immunoglobulin consists of IgG.
Anwendung
Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG (γ-chain specific) antibody produced in mouse has been used in enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).[1]
Biochem./physiol. Wirkung
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) mainly helps in immune defense. IgG participates in hypersensitivity type II and type III.

As previously reported by others for immunoglobulin (Ig)G, we observed that IgA can induce interleukin (IL)-10 expression in human monocytes. In this study, we explored the molecular mechanisms of IL-10 induction by IgA in monocytes and monocyte-derived dendritic cells (MD-DCs).
Serological detection of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 is essential for establishing rates of seroconversion in populations, and for seeking evidence for a level of antibody that may be protective against COVID-19 disease. Several high-performance commercial tests have been described, but these
Utility of the P 19 suppressor of gene-silencing protein for production of therapeutic antibodies in N icotiana expression hosts
To study how the P19 suppressor of gene-silencing protein can be used effectively for the production of therapeutic glycoproteins, the following factors were examined: the genetic elements used for expressing recombinant proteins; the effect of different P19 concentrations; compatibility of
Clinical and vaccine immunology : CVI, 13(7), 797-801 (2006-07-11)
Vaccine trials with infants enrolled between 6 and 10 weeks of age (young infants) and 6 and 8 months of age (older infants) provided an opportunity to evaluate immunoglobulin G (IgG) isotype distribution and avidity maturation as indicators of antibody
