생화학적/생리학적 작용

PRKACB (protein kinase cAMP-activated catalytic subunit β) is a catalytic subunit allele of PKA (protein kinase A). Mutation in it is associated with neural tube defects.[1] PRKACB can phosphorylate p65 in presence of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP).[2]
