Protein G conjugated to alkaline phosphatase. Does not react with IgA, IgE, or IgM.
Protein G, Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugate is obtained by conjugation of protein G, a cell-surface protein of Streptococcus species to alkaline phosphatase. This conjugate is used as a secondary agent[1] in immunoassay methods to detect polyclonal goat and rabbit antibodies and monoclonal mouse IgG1, IgG2a, and IgG2b.[2]
