SUPELCOSIL ABZ+Plus カラムは、高い不活化能と独特な選択性を同時に実現しています。不活性化シリカ粒子は粒径分布域が極めて狭いため、低い背圧で高い効率が得られます。ABZ+Plus相は、結合とエンドキャップ反応の後、シリカ上の未反応シラノール基を効果的に遮蔽するため、ほとんどの検体との相互作用を防ぐことができ、検体の官能性に関係なく対称型のピークが得られます。また、イオン化抑制剤を添加する必要なくイオン強度の低い緩衝剤を使用できます。ABZ+Plusによって、酸、強塩基性化合物、両性イオンなど、最も分析が困難な化合物の分析にも単純な組成の移動相を使用できます
