AscentisカラムファミリーはSupelcoの科学者達が開発した第4世代のHPLCカラム技術です。Ascentisは孔径100Åの高純度シリカ(粒径は3、5、10 μm)に官能基を結合させています。カラムは低分子用として設計されており、マイクロカラム(内径1.0 mm)から調製用(内径50 mm)まで揃っています。ファミリーにはC18、C8、Phenyl、Siに加えて、極性基導入型であるRP-Amideがあります。
